MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
JUNE 19, 1991

The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for its
regular meeting on June 19, 1991 at 7:00 pm at the
Mooresville Town Hall.

Board Members present were Alan Kramer, Vern Kimmel,
Don Barry and Charles McGuire. Absent was member Steve
Oschman.

The minutes of the May 15, 1991 meeting were approved
as read with no corrections.

NEW BUSINESS
Michael Wilcher, 2262 Hadley Road came before the Board
with a request for a variance for a mobile home. This
mobile home has been there for four years and he has renewed
the variance each year with the county. It is now in the
Buffer Zone of Mooresville so he is requesting this be
renewed. His parents are not well so he lives in the mobile
home to care for them and maintain the property.

Tim Currens asked Mr. Wilcher if he was on septic and
well and Mr. Wilcher replied that he was in fact. Tim then
asked if the mobile home was tied down and on a foundation
and Mr. Wilcher again replied yes.

There was some question regarding the square footage of
the mobile home. It was the opinion of Tim that it was
probably not Grandfathered in but that it would be
applicable to permit because the square footage was probably
okay at the time this was originally issued.

Charles McGuire asked how much property was involved
and Mr. Wilcher replied that it was approximately 2 acres.

A motion was made by Charles McGuire to approve the
variance for Mr. Wilcher. A second was made by Vern Kimmel.
Motion carried unanimously.

OLD BUSINESS
James R. Honeycutt came before the Board again for a
variance from 940 sq. ft. to 720 sq. ft. and to have more
than one primary structure on a property.

Tim Currens reported to the Board that he had reviewed
