Present were chairman Donald Barry, Vernon Kimmel,
Steve Oschman, Alan Kramer and Robert Tucker. The Board's
Attorney, Timothy C. Currens, was also present. The Board
proceeded to approval of the minutes and findings of fact of the
prior meeting with Vernon Kimmel making a motion, seconded by Alan
Kramer, passing by a vote of five in favor and zero opposed.

The first item on the agenda was the request from Lon Milburn
and Keith Hill on the property located at ]339 North Indiana
Street to build three additional doubles on the lot, to have the
lot size reduced from 12,500 to a minimum of 8,383 and, lastly, a
variance from the lot width ratio of 2:1. Mr. Hill and Mr.
Milburn were present and the notices were found to be in order.
Drawings of the doubles were shown. Steve Oschman questioned the
location of the property. Mr. Hill advised that it was beside
Kourany Medical Clinic, the Free Methodist Church parking lot
behind and the parsonage on the other side south of the property.
The property is currently zoned multi-family. Mr. Hill advised
that the total acreage was two and that access was through their
private road off Indiana Street. The Board discussed the matter
and requested statements from any remonstrators present. There
being none, the Board proceeded to further discussion and the
following findings of fact:
