MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met at its regularly <br />scheduled meeting place, the Town Hall, on Wednesday, March 15, <br />1989 at 7:00 P.M. Present were board members Robert Tucker, D~ <br />Barry, Vern Kimmel and A1 Kramer. Standing in for board attorney, <br />Timothy C. Currens, was attorney, Michael A. Ksenak. Chairman <br />Tucker noted that the public notice with regards to the Michael <br />and Deborah King petition reflected a time for the meeting at 7:30 <br />P.M. and, therefore, the meeting was adjourned until 7:30 P.M. <br />Chairman Tucker determined that a quorum was present and proceeded <br />with approval of the minutes for the February 15, 1989 meeting and <br />signed the minutes which had previously been approved for the <br />December 21, 1988 and January 18, 1989 meetings. <br /> <br /> The only item on the agenda was the application of Michael <br />and Deborah King of 95 Turner Road requesting a variance from <br />development standards to allow for the subdividing of 6.032 acre <br />tract of land located at 540 Keller Hill Road, Mooresville, <br />Indiana without the necessity of complying with the subdivision <br />control ordinance. <br /> <br /> Debbie King indicated that she and her husband were intending <br />to divide the 6.032 acre tracts into two equal tracts of 3.016 <br />acres. This would allow for a road frontage per lot of 192 feet <br />by a depth of 686.753 feet. The board noted that the code <br />requires a maximum depth to width ratio of 2.5 to 1 and that the <br />proposal called for a greater depth to width ratio of <br />approximately 3 to 1.
