MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br />The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met in special session <br />on the 13th day of June, 1979, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following Board members were present: <br /> <br />Mr. Paul Walters <br />Mrs. Nan Kollmeyer <br />Mr. Steve Edwards <br /> <br />The Minutes of the prior meetings of the prior meeting of March 22, <br />1979 were not available as they were in the possession of the Board's <br />attorney. The same will be read and approved at the next Board <br />meeting. <br /> <br />The Chairman of the meeting indicated that the Board has convened <br />to hear evidence on Petition No 2-1979, filed by Clyde and Mary <br />Thatcher. The Petitioners were represented by their attorney, Mr. <br />Tim Currens. <br /> <br />The Board found that the petition was procedurally correct to be <br />heard on this date. There were no parties appearing either against <br />or for the petition as filed. The Petitioner requested permission <br />to construct an attached garage to their residence and 'reduce the <br />side lot line from 7 feet to 5 feet. <br /> <br />Upon motion made by Mr. Steve <br />Kollmeyer, it was unanimously <br />was granted. <br /> <br />Edwards <br />passed, <br /> <br />and seconded by Mrs. Nan <br />and the petition for variance <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board and upon <br />motion duly made and seconded, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Acting Chairman <br /> <br />Acting Secretary~ <br /> <br /> <br />
