Mooresville Plan Commission Minutes <br />Thursday March 28t", 2019 <br />Members present: Tammy VanHook, Perry King, Mike Young, David <br />Moore, Jessica Hester, Jeff Dieterlen, Robert Alumbaugh and town <br />attorney Mel Daniel. Dennis Chambers was absent/ <br />Mike Young called the meeting to order then called for a motion on the <br />previous minutes. Perry King made a motion to accept the amended <br />November 2018 minutes, Jeff Dieterlen seconded the motion and the <br />motion passed unanimously. Jeff Dieterlen then made a motion to accept <br />the February minutes as presented, Robert Alumbaugh seconded the <br />motion and the minutes were accepted 7-0. <br />The first item on the agenda is a PUD at 425 N. Town Center Rd. <br />presented by Ross Holloway on behalf of Dennis Frazee, Frazee Family <br />Dentistry. Ross Holloway explained that Mr. Frazee was requesting a <br />PUD -C so that he might construct a dental facility, the property in <br />question has previously been a gas station, all above and underground <br />pumps and tanks have been removed. Mr. Frazee has been before the <br />Board of Zoning Appeals and has been granted a variance for parking. <br />Mike Young questioned the entrance and access, Ross stated no addition <br />entrances would be necessary. Jeff Dieterlen confirmed erosion control <br />would not be altered and that this is this last lot in Town Center to be <br />developed. When no further questions were asked Mike Young called <br />for a motion; David Moore made the motion to accept, Jessica Hester <br />seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. <br />The next item on the agenda is a replat of lots 24 and 25 in Villages of <br />Eastmoore, fronting Point Pleasant Court. John Larrison spoke on behalf <br />of property owners Dimitar and Azure Angelov, who are in the process <br />of building a home on the current lot 24 and wanting to purchase lot 25 <br />to place a pool on, the new lot would be 24A. Mike Young questioned <br />utilities, specifically the sewer. Tammy VanHook confirmed that sewer <br />would be charged only as hooked onto. It was confirmed that HOA fees <br />
