0 <br />MINUTES <br />A meeting of the Park Board of the Mooresville Parks and Recreation, Morgan County, Indiana, was <br />held on the 10th day of June 2024 in the Mooresville Parks & Recreation Office. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Vice President Mark Taylor called the meeting to order at 6:30pm. <br />2. ATTENDANCE & DETERMINATION OF QUORUM <br />Vice President Mark Taylor determined a quorum was established. <br />Board members in <br />attendance: <br />------ -----------T--------------__ --- - ------------------------- ___ - - - ---------------- <br />Philip Cornelius <br />} -- -- -- — <br />Staff in Stacy Freeman <br />attendance: Keelan Simpson <br />- — ------------------ <br />3. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br />3.1 Upon a motion by Lynn Adams, seconded by Danny Shaw the Board voted 5/0 to approve <br />and accept the meeting minutes from May 13, 2024. <br />3.2 Upon a motion by Danny Lundy, seconded by Lynn Adams the Board voted 5/0 to approve <br />and accept the executive session meeting minutes from May 13, 2024. <br />4. APPROVE OF CLAIMS <br />4.1 Upon a motion by Brent Callahan, seconded by Danny Lundy the Board voted 5/0 to <br />approve and accept the May 14 -June 9, 2024, claims. <br />5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />5.1 Pioneer Park Improvement Project Update <br />5.1.1 The Building Committee recently met with the board's building committee and the <br />project team. They went through all aspects of the project and the cost breakdown. The <br />meeting was beneficial, and they accomplished a lot. The project team and staff have <br />taken direction from the committee and will have information to present to the rest of <br />the board on June 12 during a work session. This information will show project <br />completion examples at 2Million, 3Million, 4Million, and their most recent all -in cost <br />estimate is over 6Million. <br />
