A meeting of the Park Board of the Mooresville Parks and Recreation, Morgan County, Indiana, was <br />held on the 8th day of July 2024 in the Mooresville Parks & Recreation Office. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />President Matt Saner called the meeting to order at 6:30pm. <br />2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br />3.1 Upon a motion by Lynn Adams, seconded by Brent Callahan the Board voted 7/0 to <br />approve and accept the meeting minutes from June 10, 2024, and the minutes from the <br />public work session on June 12, 2024. <br />4. APPROVE OF CLAIMS <br />4.1 Upon a motion by Brent Callahan, seconded by Danny Lundy the Board voted 7/0 to <br />approve and accept the June 10 - July 7, 2024, claims. <br />5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />5.1 Pioneer Park Improvement Project Update <br />5.1.1 Park Board discussed the three options for scope approval. <br />5.1.1.1 Phase 1 — Previous Option 1 & 2 — includes Pickle Sall, parking, site work, utilities, <br />and restrooms added on to the end of the existing Maintenance building <br />5.1.1.2. Phase 2 — Previous Option 3 site portion - includes additional parking, drive <br />isles, gravel at future maintenance, site work, utilities extended to future maintenance <br />building <br />
