<br />--....1 <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES <br />THURSDAY, JANUARY 25, 1996 - 7:30 P.M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met in regular session on Thursday, <br />January 25, 1996 at the Mooresville Town Hall at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Commission members present were Charles McGuire, Vern Kimmell, Mike <br />Young, John Ehrhart, Bill Abbott, Tim Bennett, and Joel Beebe. Co1lIl1ission <br />members Tim Cummins and Art Raney were absent. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Mike Young to approve <br />the minutes of the December 21, 1995 meeting. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Reorganization of the Commission: Motion was made by John Ehrhart, <br />second by Charles McGuire to nominate Joel Beebe as Chairman. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion was made by John Ehrhart, second by Vern Kimmel to nominate <br />Charles McGuire as Vice-Chairman. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Mike Young to nominate <br />Vern Kimmel as Secretary. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Vern Kinmel to appoint <br />Mike Young to the Board of Zoning Appeals. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />'-.' <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway requested a Final Plat Approval for Karrington Estates. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Tim Bennett, to approve the <br />Final Plat for Karrington Estates upon sewer availability fees being paid and <br />bonding for all infra-structures completed. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Phil Smith requested Minor Plat approval <br />#4, 3.059 acre tract adjacent to Woods Wire). <br />found: <br /> <br />of the Rawlings Property (Lot <br />Technical Review Co1lIl1ittee <br /> <br />1. Sub-divider name was not on Plat. <br /> <br />2. Sewer line has to be installed the same time as the road. <br /> <br />3. The grade on the road needs to be checked - 50' right of way. <br /> <br />4. Make sure road and sewer are built to town specs. <br /> <br />5. Built sewer and street to the end of proposed development (end <br />of Lot 112). <br /> <br />6. Fire Hydrants and water to be installed by Fire Dept. Specs. <br /> <br />7. Need a surveyors report. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />8. Sewer Availability fees and covenant for neutral maintenance of <br />driveway until improvements are put in. <br />
