<br />.,~ <br /> <br />'--- <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES <br />THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 199~- 7:30 P.M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met Thursday, <br />November 16, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Commission members present were Bill Abbott, Charles <br />McGuire, Mike Young, Art Raney, John Ehrhart, Tim Bennett, <br />Tim Cummins, Vern Kimmel and Joel Beebe. No members were <br />absent. <br /> <br />Motion was made by John Ehrhart, second by Tim Cummins <br />to approve the minutes of the previous Plan Commission <br />meeting. Motion carried 9 - O. <br /> <br />Plan Commission Chairman Joel Beebe announced the <br />December meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be <br />held the third Thursday, of December due to the Christmas <br />holiday. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway presented an amendment to the Planned <br />Unit Development known as Meadowbrook Business Park. The <br />amendment is for a seven acre parcel, Lot B-1 which is part <br />.~ of the NE/4 and part of the NW/4 of Section 13, T13N RlE. <br />The zoning of this parcel is currently I-3. The petition for <br />an amendment requests 1-1 zoning for this 7.00 acre parcel. <br /> <br />Mr. Dewight Ladd, 1665 Country Club Road asked if there <br />is going to be hazardous waste on this parcel of land. <br />Mr. Holloway stated there would be no hazardous waste on this <br />parcel. <br /> <br />Mr. Steve Shaw, 168 Sycamore Lane, inquired as to the <br />height of the proposed structure on this parcel of land. <br />Mr. Holloway stated the structure will be about the same <br />height as Ambassador Steele's building. <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Miller, 6101 Midway Court, inquired as to wether <br />this project will put sewer lines in the Brookmore Addition. <br />Mr. Holloway stated that sewer lines to Brookmore are not <br />part of this project. <br /> <br />Mr. Jeff Smith, 35 Cohen Drive, asked the hours of <br />operation for the proposed business on this parcel and the <br />amount of truck traffic this business would put on old State <br />Road 67. Mr. Holloway did not know the answers to these <br />questions. <br /> <br />.~ <br />
