<br />I <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES <br />THURSDAY, OCTOBER 26, 1995 - 7:30 P.M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met Thursday, <br />October 26, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Commission members present were Bill Abbott, Charles <br />McGuire, Mike Young, Art Raney, John Ehrhart, Tim Bennett, <br />Tim Cummins and Joel Beebe. Commission member Vern Kimmel <br />was absent. <br /> <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were corrected to <br />read the next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will <br />be held October 26, 1995, not October 27, 1995. <br /> <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as <br />corrected. <br /> <br />Plan Commission Chairman Joel Beebe announced the <br />November meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be <br />held the third Thursday of November due to the Thanksgiving <br />holiday. <br /> <br />'--' <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill <br />table the Harold Lloyd minor <br />legal representation arrive. <br /> <br />Abbott, second by Art Raney to <br />plat petition until Mr. Lloyd's <br />Motion carried 8 - O. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway presented an Amended Plat for Trinity <br />Estates and Paradise Place on behalf of Bryant Hopwood and <br />Eugene Perry. The original plat was approved September 18, <br />1994. The amended plat is to change the set back lines on <br />lots 53, 54, 44, 64 and 56 from 35 feet to 25 feet. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Art Raney <br />to approve the Trinity Estates and Paradise Place Amended <br />Planned Unit Development Plat to allow set back lines on lots <br />53, 54, 44, 64 and 56 of 25 feet instead of 35 feet. <br />Motion carried 8 - O. <br /> <br />Mr. Phil Smith appeared before the Commission <br />representing Harold and Jane Lloyd petitioning for a two (2) <br />lot minor plat located at 1062 Keller Hill Road. This parcel <br />is part of the SW/4 of Section 34, T14N RlE containing 7.469 <br />acres more or less. This petition has come before the Plan <br />Commission on two previous dates with no action taken due to <br />not receiving a majority vote. The petitioners are <br />requesting action on this petition at this time. <br /> <br />---- <br />
