<br />'- <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES <br />THURSDAY, APRIL 27, 1995 - 7:30 P.M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />was held Thursday, April 27, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. at the <br />Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Plan Commission members present were Bill Abbott, <br />Charles McGuire, Vern Kimmel, John Ehrhart, Joel Beebe and <br />Mike Young. Plan Commission members absent were Tim Cummins, <br />Tim Bennet and Art Raney. <br /> <br />Charles McGuire questioned the action taken by the Plan <br />Commission on the three lot minor plat for Lester Lewis which <br />was heard at the March 23, 1995 Plan Commission meeting. <br />Mr. McGuire stated that the Commission felt this minor plat <br />would consist of homes comparable to RIA zoning and the <br />structures which have been erected on two of the three lots <br />in this minor plat are 1200 square foot modular homes. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway addressed the Commission in regard to <br />this matter as he represented Mr. Lewis at the hearing which <br />approved the three lot minor pluto Mr. Holloway stated that <br />it was his understanding that the lots in this minor plat met <br />the requirements of RIA, Mr. Holloway did not specify the <br />house size at that hearing. Mr. Holloway apologized if he <br />mislead the Commission on this matter. <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Munzer, adjacent property owner to the minor <br />plat, appeared before the Commission stating it had been <br />his understanding that the minor plat was the same as RIA <br />zoning.
