<br />'.- <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 1995 - 7:30 P.M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />was held Thursday, February 23, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. at the <br />Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Plan Commission members present were Bill Abbott, Vern <br />Kimmel, Charles McGuire, John Ehrhart, Tim Bennett, Tim <br />Cummins and Joel Beebe. Mike Young and Art Raney were <br />absent. <br /> <br />Motion was made by John Ehrhart, second by Tim Cummins <br />to approve the minutes of the January meeting as submitted. <br />Motion carried 7 - O. <br /> <br />Mr. Phil Smith appeared before the Plan Commission <br />requesting a two lot minor plat for Woods Wire. The property <br />contains ninety-seven (97) acres and is located south of the <br />bridge on the west side of State Road 67 commonly known as <br />the RawlingH property. The requested minor plat would <br />contain one lot of five (5) acres and the second lot of <br />ninety-two (92) acres. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Mr. Smith advised the Commission that it will be <br />necessary for the developer to obtain a permit from the State <br />Highway Department for the entrance to the parcel and the <br />sewer availability fees will have to be paid prior to final <br />approval of this two (2) lot minor plat. <br /> <br />Mr. Doug Fisher of Kosene and Kosene, the developer for <br />this project, advised the Commission that phase I of this <br />project will be a 24,000 square foot building and phase II <br />will be an additional 24,000 square foot building on the same <br />parcel. <br /> <br />The technical review committee reported to the <br />Commission that a set of stamped prints will have to be <br />submitteel to the town, a covenant for maintenance of the <br />entrance of this parcel will need to be executed, the fire <br />hydrant locations will need to be approved by Fire Chief <br />Brown, and the sewer availabilit.y fees will need to be paid <br />as conditions to the approval of this two (2) lot minor plat. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Vern Kimmel to <br />approve the Rawlings two (21 lot minor plat contingent upon <br />receipt of a set of stamped prints, the execution of a <br />covenant for maintenan(;e of the entrance to this parcel, <br />approval of the fire hydrant locations by Fire Chief Brown, <br />and the payment of sewer availability fees. <br />Mot.ion carried 7 - O. <br />
