'.- MOORESVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 1995 - 7:30 P.M. MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL The regular meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission was held Thursday, February 23, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. Plan Commission members present were Bill Abbott, Vern Kimmel, Charles McGuire, John Ehrhart, Tim Bennett, Tim Cummins and Joel Beebe. Mike Young and Art Raney were absent. Motion was made by John Ehrhart, second by Tim Cummins to approve the minutes of the January meeting as submitted. Motion carried 7 - O. Mr. Phil Smith appeared before the Plan Commission requesting a two lot minor plat for Woods Wire. The property contains ninety-seven (97) acres and is located south of the bridge on the west side of State Road 67 commonly known as the RawlingH property. The requested minor plat would contain one lot of five (5) acres and the second lot of ninety-two (92) acres. ~ Mr. Smith advised the Commission that it will be necessary for the developer to obtain a permit from the State Highway Department for the entrance to the parcel and the sewer availability fees will have to be paid prior to final approval of this two (2) lot minor plat. Mr. Doug Fisher of Kosene and Kosene, the developer for this project, advised the Commission that phase I of this project will be a 24,000 square foot building and phase II will be an additional 24,000 square foot building on the same parcel. The technical review committee reported to the Commission that a set of stamped prints will have to be submitteel to the town, a covenant for maintenance of the entrance of this parcel will need to be executed, the fire hydrant locations will need to be approved by Fire Chief Brown, and the sewer availabilit.y fees will need to be paid as conditions to the approval of this two (2) lot minor plat. Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Vern Kimmel to approve the Rawlings two (21 lot minor plat contingent upon receipt of a set of stamped prints, the execution of a covenant for maintenan(;e of the entrance to this parcel, approval of the fire hydrant locations by Fire Chief Brown, and the payment of sewer availability fees.
