r I I i '-' ,- ~ MOORESVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 1994 MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL The Mooresvi11e Plan Commission met in regular session Thursday, November 17, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. Members present were Joel Beebe, Bill Abbott, Charles McGuire, Vern Kimmel, Tim Cummins, Tim Bennett and Art Raney. Mike Young and John Ehrhart were absent. The minutes of the October Plan Commission meeting were approved as submitted. Due to the Christmas holiday, the December Plan Commission meeting will be held Thursday, December 15, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. The hearing scheduled for this date for a possible zoning violation at 39 W. Main Street was rescheduled for the Plan Commission meeting of December 15, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresvil1e Town Hall. Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Commission to petition for a four (4) lot minor plat for Merle B. and Radonna C. Sears. This parcel of land is part of the NE/4 of the NE/4 of Section 10, and part of the W/2 of the NW/4 of Section 11 all in T13N RIE. This parcel contains 68.847 acres more or less. Lot 1 will contain 2.120 acres more or less, Lot 2, 2.120 acres more or less, Lot 3, 4.862 more or less and Lot 4, 59.276 acres more or less. The technical review committee, reported that septic permits have not been issued for these lots, the septic permits will be submitted when they are issued. The Morgan County Highway Department issued a letter regarding the driveway permits for this minor plat. The highway department letter is part of these minutes. The Plan Commission had a finding that the width to depth ratio of Lot 1 of the Sears Minor Plat does not require a variance. Motion was made by Vern Kimmel, second by Tim Cummins to approve the finding for the Sears Minor Plat. Motion carried 7 - O.
