, ~ '- MOORESVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES THURSDAY, AUGUST 25, 1994-7:30 P.M MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL rhe Mooresville Plan Commission met in regular session Thursday, August 25, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresvil1e rown Court, 215 E. High Street. Members present were Joel Beebe, Bill Abbott, Art Paney Charles McGuire, Vern Kimmel, John Ehrhart, Tim Cummins, Tim Bennett and Mike Young. No members were absent. The minutes of the July meeting were corrected as follows: page two, paragraph seven should delete t~e phrase "[,ot sizes in this development will be 7500 squar-e f8St'. The é;entence is to read, 'Lots 1-:':5 will be an "Empty nexter" community and will vary from the minlmum lot requirement' Page three, par-agraph one, the tüw should be two. Motion was made by Charles McGulre, second by rim Cummins to accept the minutes of the July Plan Commission meeting a:3 corrected. Motion carried q o. Building Inspector Joe Beikman advised the Plan Commission that Mr. Robert Baker, State Road 144 has r-esumed selling lawn mowers from his r-esidencB. Motion ItJas made by Bill Abbott, "õecond by Tim Bennett to I,ave the Plan Commission attorney file an injunction against Mr. Baker" if he does not file for a variance ten days prlO¡ to the September Board of Zoning Appeals meeting.
