MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL the regular meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission was held Thursday, June 23, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall, Commission members Bill Abbott, Steve Edwards, Vern Kimmel, Charles McGuire, Art Raney, Joel Beebe and Mike Young were present. Commission member Tim Bennett was absent. Acting Chairman Joel Beebe announced that Plan (:ommis~=~ion Chairman Bob Tucker passed away today and r'equested a moment of silence in his honor. Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Art ~aney to approve the minutes of the regular scheduled Plan Commission IIIeetlng held Thursday, May 26, 1994, Motion car'ried 7 0, Mr. Ross Holloway, representing Mooresville Partners, appeared before the Plan Commission to petition for a change of zoning for a part of the N/2 of Sec. 31 114N R2E, said parcel i located south of Bridge Street and east of '-- St.ate Road 67. The petitioners requested a change of zoning or) thIS parcel of land from AG to B3. Sill Abbott informed the Commission that the technical review committee met on Friday, June 17, 1994 and found this filing to lack seven technical points at that time. Mr, Holloway stated that there is approximately 100 feet from the east line of lot 3 to the existing Rl Zoning Mr. Al Marshall, 511 Glastonberry Lane, inquIred as to the access of these parcels.
