Commlsslon members absent were <br />Vern KImmel and Joel Beebe. <br /> <br />MotlOll was made by Charles McGuire. second by Steve <br />Edwards to approve the minutes of the regular scheduled Plan <br />Commlssion meetlng held Thursday. April 28, 1994, MotIon <br />carried 7-0. <br /> <br />MotIon was made by Steve ~dwards~ second by 8111 Abbutt <br />to approve the Executive Session minutes ot the MooresvilJe <br />Plan Commission held Thursday, April 28, 1994. Motlon <br />carried 7--0. <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Long, representing klchard Prescott appeared <br />"",- betore the Fllan CommissIon t.o petition for a change in zornng <br />lor the par'cel of land located at 251 E. r"lain Street, <br />MocJresvllle, IndIana fr"OOI Rl to R2. <br /> <br />Mr. 8ill Abbott noted that the legal descrlption for <br />thIS parcel of groond stated It lS Lot 7 and part of Lot G of <br />Glock 16, Moore's 2nd Addition, Mr. Abbott noted part of <br />I.ot 8 needs to be better defined for this rezone. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Steve Edwards, second by ¡-1m bennetL <br />to r econlmend the rezone of tot I and par't of t.ot 8 of <br />8lock lò, Moores 2nd Additlon located at 251 E.
