<br />· <br /> <br />'--- <br /> <br />'--- <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />¿~ <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />THURSDAY, FE8RUARY 24, 1994 - 7:30 P.M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br />The Mooresville Planning Commission met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, February 24, 1994 at <br />7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Plan Commission members present were Bill Abbott, Steve <br />Edwards, Vern KImmel, Charles McGuire, Mike Young, Tim <br />Bennett and Joel Beebe. Art Raney and Chairman Bob Tucker <br />were absent. Joel Beebe chaired the meeting in the absence <br />of Chairman Bob Tucker. <br /> <br />The minutes of the January 27, 1994 Plan Commission <br />meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> <br />Mr. Ralph Foley and Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before <br />the Mooresville Plan Commission representing EnvIronmental <br />Development Corporation requesting final approval for PUD-R <br />zoning for Rooker Run Subdivision which is part of the NE/4 <br />of T13N RIE Sec 1 and part of the fractional NW/4 of <br />T13N R2E Sec 6 and part of the SE/4 of T14N RIE Sec 36 con- <br />taining 78.359 acres. <br /> <br />The proposed development is located east of State Road <br />67 on Rooker Road and contains 181 single family residential <br />lots. <br /> <br />The Plan Commission was advised that the technical <br />committee, consisting of Bill Abbott, Joe Beikman, Bob Tucker <br />and Tim Currens met on Wednesday, February 16, 1994 to review <br />these plans which have been submitted to the Plan Commission <br />for approval. The committee compiled a list of errors and <br />omissions which were reviewed by the Plan Commission. The <br />above stated list is part of these minutes as attachment A. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Vern Kimmel <br />that the length to width ratio is consistent with PUD zoning. <br />Motion passed 6 - O. Commission member Steve Edwards had <br />temporarily excused himself from the meeting. <br /> <br />The Plan Commission found the developer had complied <br />with all the findings of the technical committee. <br /> <br />Mr. Barnes of Morgan County Soil and Water Conservation <br />District submitted a letter from Ellen S. Cramer of the <br />Morgan County Soil and Water Conservation District in regard <br />to erosion and drainage. This letter is part of these <br />minutes as attachment B. <br />
