<br />MOORESVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />Thursday, February 27, 1992 - 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mooresville Town Hall <br /> <br />The Mooresville Planning Commission met for its regular <br /> <br />scheduled meeting on Thursday, February 27, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. at <br /> <br />the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Plan Commission members present were Joel Beebe, Bill Abbott, <br /> <br />Steve Edwards, Vern Kimmel, Bob Tucker, Greg Bergesen, Shirley <br /> <br />Welker and Charles McGuire. Also present was the Board's Attorney, <br /> <br />Timothy C. Currens. Plan commission member Signe Nicholson was <br /> <br />absent. <br /> <br />Member Bob Tucker made a correction in the January minutes <br /> <br />that Charles McGuire had been elected to a four (4) year term to <br /> <br />,__ the Board of Zoning Appeals instead of just one (1) year. Member <br /> <br />Charles McGuire also pointed out that the Pauley's lived West of <br /> <br />Lin-EI, Inc. and not South of Lin-EI, Inc. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bob Tucker to approve the minutes as amended. <br /> <br />A second was made by Steve Edwards. Motion passed 8 - O. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Attorney Mark Peden came before the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />¡t/ IlRrIl/l <br />representing Jim Henry, MaLk Warriner and Robert Warriner with a <br /> <br />request to rezone 15 Crosby Road from its present classification of <br /> <br />B-1, (Professional Business District), to B-2, (Local Business District). <br /> <br />Mr. Howard Hopkins, 76 Crosby Road, asked Mr. Henry how access <br /> <br />would be gained to this property. <br /> <br />Mr. Henry explained that access would be gained offoöfCCDos'by <br /> <br />Road. <br />
