<br />· <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />IDORESVIlLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 26, 1991 <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Conrnission met for its regular meeting on <br />September 26, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br />Present were Board members Steve Edwards, William Abbott, Signe <br />Nicholson, Joel Beebe, Dave Minardo, Shirley Welker and Charles McGuire. <br />Absent were Board members Vern KilIlßel and Da,:id Barry. Also present <br />was the Board I s attorney, Timothy C. Currens. <br />Spelling errors were noted on the minutes for August. A motion was <br />made by Steve Edwards to accept the minutes. A second was made by Bill <br />Abbott. Motion carried unanimously. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Charles McGuire brought to the attention of the Board that he felt <br />all residential requests should be tabled until changes are made by the <br />conrnittee. After discussion a motion was made by Charles McGuire to <br />table all residential requests for 120 days until changes are made by the <br />Conrnittee. In the event the changes are made prior to the 120 days, this <br />will tenninate at this time. A second was made by Shirley Welker. <br />,1 <br />Motion passed 6 - 1 with Signe Nicholson voting Nay. ¡ <br />Mark Peden and Darryl Swirmey then told the conrnission that they <br />would like to have 40 acres rezoned at Slideoff Road from Agriculture <br />to Residential 1 but that a plat plan for the subdivision would not be <br />submitted until next year. They said that they would comply with any <br />new ordinance changes in the plan at that time. Darryl Swirmey said <br />they wanted to complete the legal work on the rezoning. It was decided <br />to table the motion on the rezoning and carry from each monthly meeting. <br />Tim Currens then made a suggestion that Swirmey Brotherwould only <br />have to notify those people that are in attendance tonight in order to <br />eliminate some costs for Swirmey to go through this process again. However, <br />if the changes are great in number then Swirmey would have to re-notify <br />all parties. <br />Richard Wood came before the Board representing Mr. and Mrs. Clack, <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />- 1 - <br />
