<br />~ <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met at its regular meeting <br /> <br />place, Mooresville Town Hall, on November 29, 1990 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Present were board members Signe Nicholson, Bill Abbott, Steve <br /> <br />Edwards, Vern Kimmel, Robert Tucker, Joel Beebe, and David Barry. <br /> <br />Also standing in for board attorney Timothy C. Currens was Michael A. <br /> <br />Ksenak. <br /> <br />The board proaeeded to approve the minutes of the prior <br /> <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Moving to new business, the first two items on the agenda, <br /> <br />namely the Remster rezoning petition and the Gaddis minor plat <br /> <br />application were tabled since no one appeared on behalf of the <br /> <br />applicants. <br /> <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of Roger <br /> <br />and Karen Raymond requesting permission to amend the original <br /> <br />planned unit development which was approved by the Mooresville <br /> <br />Plan Commission at the meeting held on July l2, 1990. Present <br /> <br />representing the applicants was surveyor Ross Holloway. Mr. <br /> <br />Holloway presented the board a copy of the original plan unit <br /> <br />development plans which had been submitted at the July meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Holloway advised that the proposed amendment effects only <br /> <br />the northwest quadrant or .99 acres plus a 57 foot tract off the <br /> <br />south end of said development. <br /> <br />He advised that the remaining <br /> <br />undeveloped portion of the development was to be divided in to <br /> <br />two parcels four single family dwellings, plus a studio on a <br /> <br />l.77 acre parcel of land. <br /> <br />There would be an easement access <br /> <br />provided. <br /> <br />He also advised that the existing house on the 57 <br /> <br />foot tract of land referred to would be moved. <br /> <br />He advised the <br /> <br />~ <br />
