After determining a quorum was present,
the minutes of the prior meeting were approved. Bill Abbott moved
that the reorganization be placed at the end of the agenda to
allow the Board to proceed with the rezonings. This motion was
seconded and unanimously carried. The Board's Attorney advised

that notices on the Remster rezoning had not been received and a

letter had been forwarded requesting a continuance until the next

meeting.
The first item to come before the Board was a rezoning
petition filed by Roger and Karen Raymond.
