'--'

----

MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION
The Mooresville Plan Commission met at the Town Hall on June
22, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. Present were Board Members William Abbott,
Steve Edwards, Vern Kimmel, Shirley Welker, Robert Tucker, Warren
Franklin, Signe Nicholson, and Joel Beebe. Mr. Smith advised that two doubles were proposed

on the lot in question and on the 2.4 acres there was one existing

structure which had originally been a pole barn and storage barn

which had an apartment in it for a prior trucking operation. He

advised that this had been finished into a two family structure

and showed pictures of the same. He further advised that Mr.
