'- '- MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE PLAN CO~!MISSION The Mooresville Plan Commission met at its regula~ meeting place, the Town Hall, on January 22, 1987. Present were Board Members Steve Edwards, Bill Abbott, Joel Beebe, Tilford Bailey, Dave Barry, Vernon Kimmel, and Helen Knight. Also present was the Building Inspector, Joe Beikman, and the Board's Attorney, Timothy C. Currens. Chairman Edwards determined that there was a quorum present and proceeded to hear Jerry Graybill who was present for a review of the unsafe building ordinance violation agreement of performance. Building Inspector Beikman said he had reviewed the property in question and made a determination that it was in substantial compliance although water was still not hooked up and some of the interior work was not completed. I-fr. Graybill stated that there was a mix up with the gas company as to the hook-up to get heat in the house to finalize the interior work. William Abbott then moved that the Board make a finding of substantial compliance with the unsafe building ordinance and agreement of performance of the Plan Commission. This was seconded by Joel Beebe and unanimously carried. As of this time the Board will consider this issue closed regarding Mr. Graybill's house located at 129 E. High Street, Mooresville, Indiana. Mr. Graybill stated that he would then start working on the house adjacent to this one to bring it up to standard. The Board thanked him for his efforts and proceeded to the next item on the agenda. Chairman Edwards then moved to open nominations for Chairman of the Plan Commission pursuant to reorganization for the year 1987. Tilford Bailey nominated Wendell Thaler, this was seconded by Vernon Kimmel and unanimously carried. Dave Barry then nominated Vernon Kimmel for Vice-Chairman, this was seconded by Tilford Bailey and unanimously carried. William Abbott then nominated Tilford Bailey as Secretary. This was seconded by Dave Barry and unanimously carried.
