'-- '-- MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION The Mooresville Plan Commission met at its regular meeting place, the Town Hall, on June 25, 1987 at 7:30 P.M. Present were board Members Vern Kimmel, William Abbott, Warren Franklin, Tilford Bailey, Dave Barry, Joel Beebe, and Steve Edwards. The Board's attorney, Timothy C. Currens was also present. The Board's Chairman, Vern Kimmel, called the meeting to order and determined that there was a quorum present. The Board proceeded to approve the minutes of the prior meeting. The Board then proceeded to the first item on the agenda, that being the George Fox Subdivision Plat. Mr. Fox appeared by Dave Lawson, his counsel and Mr. Lawson filed a continuance of the meeting due to a failure to publish notice. The certified letters were filed and approved and all parties present for said hearing were advised that no additional certified notices would be sent out and that the next scheduled meeting was July 23, 1987 at 7:30 P.M. which they should appear at. Mr. Lawson also filed the substitute plat with lot corrections, a letter from the County Highway Department approving the roads and the location map. The next item to come before the Board was the secondary approval of Woodland Hills. Tom Lloyd and Allen Tutewiler were present and presented the changes requested at the prior meeting. The Board reviewed these and William Abbott asked a question regarding the drainage. Delbert Hobson, the Engineer was also present with Mr. Lloyd and advised that he felt the development would not increase the downstream hydraulic peak of the waterway in which the watershed the property is located, Mr. Abbott questioned this due to the amount of asphalt and quick water.
