Sam Korn was present representing the Zielska's and stated

that he did not feel this was offensive to the Master Plan. Doug Meyer was present for the Haughts, one of the

adjoining property owners. 11r. Meyer stated that he represented the Haughts and

that they were opposed to this for the reason that it would hurt the property

values on the street that the trailers would be observed from.

Ron Alexander stated that he felt this would decrease property values

in the adjoining area and made a motion that the special exception would adversely

affect the Master Plan and that the Plan Commission should forward this decision

to the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals. This motion died due to lack of a

second.
