John ;,;oore appeared and stated the town board had referred his petitioD <br />of filini': for re-zoning of his property at the corner of Clay and Harrison Streets <br />from lA to lC, back to the Plan Commissio:1. Discussion followed as to whether a <br />ne\; petition would have to be re-submitted and if any seHer hook-up or re-zonin" <br />of property could be made due to the sewer situation. <br />j,jr. Corey stated the contract had been signed for rehabHi tating the sewers, <br />and would be in the near future when they would begin testing and checking them <br />out, and completion to be within the next six months. <br />With this in mind and after some further discussion, vtinston Tackitt moved <br />that the Plan Commission give a yes or no answer to }~. Voore at the neA~ regular <br />meeting (Feb. 9) with publication of this two weeks prior to the meeting. This <br />was seconded by Marlow Fulk and the motion carried. <br /> <br />A motion was made by garlow Fulk and seconded by ;':urray Star,ley that the <br />Cornmission EO into an executive session. Lotion carried. <br /> <br />From the executive session came the following : <br /> <br />>:inston Tackitt moved and it was seconded by],:urray Stanley that definite <br />fees be ~stablishen on prices for permits as followsl <br />A, Resisential $15.00 <br />B. Aceesory Bldg. under ~1,500 $10.00 <br />Acessory Bldg. over $1,500 $15,00 <br />Co Business or Industrial $35.00 <br />D. other $15.00 <br />E. Demolition Free <br />&nd the Building Inspector is to get 50% of the fee. This motion carred. <br /> <br />It was also moved by }~rlow Fulk that there be a filing fee of $5.00 <br />This was seconded by Hurray Stanley and the motion carried. <br /> <br />A motiom was made by HarloK Fulk that petitions for re-zon:l,ilg be taken <br />on a case-by-case basis. This was seconded by Winston Tackitt ard the motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />It was also stated that the former office building of Dye & Lett on <br />North Indiana St. had a variance on the property but that this has now <br />be nullified. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />At the next meeting of Feb. 9 the Commission will study the Road and Side- <br />walk Report submitted by ;,uckey DennYg- <br /> <br />ConSenSUlJ Was givin for the wording of "adjoining property owners" to <br />be notified when sending out mailings of notice of petitions for re-zoning. <br /> <br />(oVER.) _ <br /> <br />Earl V~enheimer <br />
