He told the commission the
property definitely looked like the pictures Mr. Miller brought to the January Plan
Commission meeting and it looked like more junk had been hauled in since then. Mr.
Beikman said his suggestion was to cite Mr. Kuhns in to the next plan commission
meeting on April 26, 2001. The commission agreed.

Ross Holloway, Holloway & Associates, presented a request for a two lot minor plat and
a rezone from Agriculture to B-2 for Robert Pollard on State Road 144. This property is
next to Dr. Reyman's veterinary clinic. Mr. Holloway said there would be two lots, one
lot of 1.927 acres and the lot of2.089 acres, which would be a reduction from eight
parcels down to two. Gary Kenworthy, speaking for Mt. Gilead Church spoke to the
commission saying the church was not opposed to a B-2, but did not want a B-3 zoning
and they also wanted to make sure drainage doesn't come back to the church. Mr.
Holloway told him there would probably have to be a retention area. Becky Cromer
asked what the setback was for a B-2 zoning. She was told 10 feet. Mr. Holloway told
her there was not a road on her side. Mrs. Cromer also asked if there was an intent as to
what Mr. Pol1ard was planning to construct.
