M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br />The MooresvillePlan Commission met on Thursday, December 20,2001, at 7:00 P. M. <br />at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Plan Commission members present: President Joel Beebe, Andy Pygrnan, Chris Crouch, <br />Tim Bennett, Jim Bruner, Robert Williamson, Robert Corbin, John Ehrhart, and Mike <br />Young. No members were absent. Town attorney Tim Currens was present. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Pygman, second by Commissioner Ehrhart to accept <br />the minutes of November 15, 2001. Motion carried 9-0. <br /> <br />First on the agenda; Ross Holloway with Holloway and Associates requesting Final Plat <br />Approval for Wyttenbach-Keswick Estates. He reported that Hill Water Co. had <br />installed water system and had been accepted by them. CoIIllÌlÎ.ssioner Crouch informed <br />the commission Don Levin had dropped off a letter for him to bring to the meeting since <br />Mr. Levin couldn't make it to the meeting concerning the water lines being so close to <br />the road. Mr. Holloway told the commission the county highway issued a pertnit for the <br />lines and had provided a $5,000 bond to do this, he said he would be glad to produce the <br />documents. Town attorney Tim Currens said if the lines were put in correctly or not <br />would between the county highway and the water company. Ü1mmÌssiÐHI!f Cr-Q'lch <br />/ r. Commissioner Pygman said water was running over Bethel Church <br />Road back during dry weather. Mr. Holloway answered saying there will be considerable <br />run-off until grass gets started. Town attomey Tim Currens told commission members <br />they could require a performance bond on the entrance since it is not to be completed <br />now. Jim Bates a resident in the area asked if they have recorded information on each <br />individual lot for septic. Mr. Holloway said they will have to have a soil test on each lot <br />for issuance of a pertnit for septic. Motion was made by Commissioner Young, second <br />by Commissioner Bruner to approve Final Plat subject to providing of performance bonds <br />for entrance and shoulder and obtain a letter from the county highway on the situation of <br />the shoulder. Motion carried 9-0. <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Crouch is abstaining from the following discussion. Ross Hol1oway <br />presented an amendment to covenants and restrictions to CKC Development-Country <br />View Estates. Item #6, line 3 says chain length fence is prohibited. The amendment <br />states to change this to vinyl coated chain length fence and posts is pertnitted. Alllot <br />owners have been contacted except possibly Lot #9. Motion was made by Commissioner <br />Bennett, second by Commissioner Corbin to approve amendment to covenants and <br />
