This
variance was denied at a previous meeting and denied because
of a sight problem, therefore the location of the temporary
sign was moved to the property of the Fellowshi~ Baptist
Church. The variance requested asks that the sign to be
located o9 the church proper~y.. Our ordi~anc~ prohibits this
type of sign to be located within a certain distance of
churches and residences. A letter of consent from the
Fellowship Baptist Church was submitted with the file.

Phil Smith explained that the sign would not be a
permanent structure, meaning less than two (2) years.
purpose of the sign would be to give directions to the
Grandview subdivision.

The

Don Barry explained that the new location of the sign
would be approximately one hundred-fifty (150) feet further
east of the first location.
