<br />I <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met at its regular meeting <br />place, the Mooresville Town Hall, at 7:30 P.M. on August 27, 1987. <br />Present were board members Vern Kimmel, William Abbott, Steve Edwards, <br />Tilford Bailey, David Barry, Warren Franklin, and Joel Beebe. The <br />first item to come before the board was the approval of Fox Subdivision <br />Two. George Fox was present and with counsel, Dave Lawson. Dave <br />Lawson explained that the approval last week was subject to the <br />county confirming acceptance of the road and that a letter from the <br /> <br />county engineer stated their acceptance and was introduced to the <br /> <br />board. At this time they stated they wanted preliminary plat <br />approval upon the showing of a letter of credit to the Morgan County <br />Commissioners along with a bid showing the amount of the road and <br />that the county commissioners would accept the same. The board <br />then moved to accept preliminary approval upon the granting of <br />this evidence and the secretary and president were granted permission <br />to sign upon behalf of the Plan Commission upon the showing of these <br />three items. <br /> <br />The next item to come before the board was the secondary approval <br /> <br />of Woodland Hills. Documentation consisting of approval of the <br />sewer, state highway permit, and letter of credit were provided by <br />Tom Lloyd. The board moved to grant the secondary approval and <br />this was unanimously carried. <br /> <br />The next person to come before the board was Jerry Hillenberg <br /> <br />who requested the Plan Commission to join with the county in control <br />of billboards. He presented endorsements by citizens throughout the <br />county and stated certain proposed controls. He stated the current <br />
