Lisa Reimer was on the agenda to ask about the possibility of hooking a house she is
trying to buy onto the town sewers. The house is located at 4267 E. St. Rd. 144. Mrs.
Reimer stated that the house is a bank owned property and she had contacted the Morgan
County Health Dept. and was told that there was never a septic permit issued on the
property. He
explained that they would have the option of oversizing the line so that others could hook
unto it, in which case the Town could reimburse them for the oversizing. They would
also have to obtain easements from other property owners to. run the line across their
properties. President Worthen suggested that they get with Joe Beikman to see exactly
what would be involved because he wants them to be well aware of the possible cost.
Under Legal, Attorney, Tim Currens presented the written form of Ordinance 12-2007
that was passed at the July 17t1i xneeting.
