Motion carried 5-0.
The first item on the agenda was the Dan Roberts rezone from Ag to PUD-R an Keller
Hill Road, tabled from the June 21, 2005 meeting. Ross Holloway of Holloway
Engineering was present to represent Dan Roberts and address the concerns that the
Council had at the June meeting concerning this rezone. The property contains
approximately 30 acres and the lots are estate type lots. The minimum square foot of
living space of the homes will be 2,400 square feet. There is no vinyl ar aluminum siding
allowed. The cul-de-sac was enlarged to a radius of fifty-five feet with forty-five feet of
asphalt that would allow fire trucks to turn around.
