Attorney Tim Currens introduced a fiscal plan and also an Ordinance # 9, 2004, for Ray Young Subdivision for annexation. The next step is a Public Hearing on July 20, 2004. if the Public Hearing goes ok then Ordinance #9 would be adopted and signed sometime after this hearing. Basically tkie ordinance reflects the procedure the Town is following for annexation that fifty-one °l° of the landowners or greater or seventy-five %o of the assessed value of the subdivision has requested thc~ annexation. Council discussed the possibility of a Fall Town Clean Up Day and see if NuGenesis would charge for a Tox Away Day iii coordination with the Clean Up Day_ The Town Clean Up Day brings 1Vloore.5ville into compliance with Rule 13. 1 Mark Taylor, Animal Control Ofhcer, reported twenty-one (21) calls, eight (8) impounds, and severe (7) returns. A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Shields to approve paymenC of the claims. Motion carried 4-0. There being no further business to come before the council at this time, a motion was made by Councilman Bryant with a second by Councilman Clark to adjourn the meetixig. Motion carried 4-0. The next regular scheduled meeting of the 1Vlooresville Town Council will be Tuesday, May 18, 2004, at 6:30 P.
