Tune 15, 2004 The Mooresville Town Council met in regular session on Tuesday, June 15, 2004, at 6:30 P. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. Council members present: President Tom VVarthen, Troy Bryant, John L. Clark, Toby Doren, and Eric Shields. No members were absent. Town attorney Tim Currens was also present. Jim Taylor, Grace Missionary Church, gave the invocation. A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Shields to approve the minutes of June 1, 2004. The CCD budget approval amount for 2004 was $685,432.00 so there would be enough money to fund this project from this fund. A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Bryant to approve the lowest bid of $214,890.00 to be partially paid from the CCD fund. Motion carried 5-0. This is for Phase 1 and Phase 3 with the use of pipe bursting. A prevailing wage board was set to establish a wage for this project. Motion carried 5-0.
