M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br />Council members present: President Tom VVarthen, Troy Bryant, John L. Clark, Toby <br />Doren, and Eric Shields. No members were absent. Town attorney Tim Currens was also <br />present. <br />Jim Taylor, Grace Missionary Church, gave the invocation. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Shields to <br />approve the minutes of June 1, 2004. A motion was made by <br />Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Bryant to approve the lowest bid of <br />$214,890.00 to be partially paid from the CCD fund. Motion carried 5-0. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Bryant to hold <br />an executive session for interviewing applicants for the Utility/Stotrm Water Supervisor at <br />1:30 P. M. on Saturday, June 19, 2004. Motion carried 5-0. <br />A motion was made to approve the letting of bids for the West Interceptor line project <br />along #267. This is for Phase 1 and Phase 3 with the use of pipe bursting. A prevailing <br />wage board was set to establish a wage for this project.
