Motion carried 4-0. <br /> Legal: Resolution#12,2010 for Dean Kays was signed for the Ordinance and Resolution <br /> Book. <br /> Town Attorney Tim Currens presented his contract for 2011 with no change in hourly <br /> fees. A motion to approve was made by Councilman Harris with a second by <br /> Councilman Clark. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> A motion was made by Councilman Harris with a second by Councilman Clark to <br /> approve Ordinance 16, 2010, Identity Theft for the Clerk-Treasurer's office, on second <br /> reading. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> Tim Medsker,Fire Chief,reported 64 responses and 1,025 for the year which was up 30 <br /> runs for the year. <br /> A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Hargis to <br /> transfer$70,000 from WWTP Operation to WWTP Improvement. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> A motion was made by Councilman Langley with a second by Councilman Clark to <br /> approve Resolution 15,2010 transferring Unsafe Building out of general Town Hall <br /> Budget Line item to its own fund. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> The Town presented plaques to,outgoing council members,Mark Harris and Ryan <br /> Goodwin. <br /> Animal Control Officer, Mark Taylor, reported fourteen(14) calls, six(6)impounds and <br /> two (2)returns. The year total reported was four hundred ninety seven(497) calls, one <br /> hundred sixty six(166) impounds, and one hundred eleven(111)returns. <br /> Joy McCarthy Sessing, Morgan County Economic Development Director,thanked the <br /> council for helping her tbru her first year in the position. <br /> A motion was made by Councilman Langley with a second by Councilman Clark to <br /> approve payment of the claims. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Town Council will be Tuesday, <br /> January 4, 2011. <br /> There being no further business to come before the council at this time a motion was <br /> made by Councilman Harris with a second by Council President Ryan Goodwin to <br /> adjourn the meeting.
