Next on the agenda Mr. Holloway represented Tina Cooper with a request for a variance <br /> ifor set backs on Lots 8 & 9 of Romine Addition. This property is located on the corner of <br /> Lockerbie and South Streets and consists of two long and narrow lots. The two lots <br /> combined are 104 feet by 164 feet. In order to line up with existing homes they need a <br /> variance to build across the lot line. Mr. Holloway stated they could put as a part of the <br /> variance no other home could be built on the two lots. Tina Cooper was present at the <br /> meeting and explained the house would face Lockerbie Street and would have a two-car <br /> garage, three bedrooms,two baths, and be one-story with the driveway off of Lockerbie <br /> Street. A motion was made by Chris Crouch with a second by Jon Swisher to approve <br /> the variance with the setbacks. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board of Zoning Appeals at this time <br /> a motion was made by Jon Swisher with a second by Chris Crouch to adjourn the <br /> meeting. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> The next meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals will be held on Thursday, December <br /> 16, 2004, at 6:00 P.
