Diane Earlin 3406 E Corner Lane asked about access, would they <br /> be sharing access, Mr. Holloway explained that the State would not permit <br /> another access there.. Chairman Young asked if there would be any shrubs <br /> on lot 2, Mr. Holloway said that no there would not and probably would not <br /> grow if they were planted. Gwen Corner of Corner Lane, asked if the State <br /> would continue to park trucks and use for storage on the area next to corner <br /> Lane. <br /> Mr. Holloway said that he assumes that they will until the 67 Projects are <br /> done. Mr. Holloway said that he would call the Highway Dept. and ask if <br /> they have plans to restore the access to its previous condition. With no <br /> further questions a motion was made by Commissioner McGuire to approve <br /> the Two Lot Minor Plat with the stipulation that they would check on the <br /> repair of the entry of lot 1 and Mr. Holloway added that he would add the <br /> flood plain, flood way and legal description. The Second came from <br /> Commissioner Logan, the vote was 5-0 with none opposed. <br /> Scott from S.T.G. Group from Bloomington came before the Commission <br /> to discuss the I 69 project. The Community Impact Grant, which has been <br /> approved. Scott went over the laws for use of this grant. He talked some <br /> on a having a Certified Planner to help with laws etc down the line. The <br /> grant is for $40,000.00. The grant could be used in different ways. <br /> He talked about what Mooresville wants for this plan. There was more <br /> discussion on compressive plan and what needs to be done at this time. <br /> What areas need to grow, The Commission will take the time to prioritize <br /> and return next month. The Commission asked Tim Currens to have their <br /> vote for the meeting on Dec. 14th for who they will choose, to represent <br /> Mooresville. <br /> Joe Beikman reported 6 permits and 38 inspections. <br /> With no further business Commissioner Logan motioned with a second from <br /> Commissioner Berwick., the vote was 5-0 with none opposed. <br /> The next meeting of the Mooresville Planning Commission will be January <br /> 24th 2008 <br />
