enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall <br /> upon conviction be fined not less than Twenty-Five Dollars <br /> ($25 . 00) and no more than the amount permitted under IC 36-1-3- <br /> 8 (a) (10) (B) for each such violation, act or omission or offense. <br /> Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute <br /> a separate offense. <br /> Any person violating any Section of this Ordinance in lieu <br /> of being charged for said violation in Town Court or a Court of <br /> competent jurisdiction may pay, within five (5) days after <br /> receiving notice of a violation, to the Mooresville <br /> Clerk/Treasurer the sum of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25 . 00) <br /> provided, however, if said amount is not paid within five (5) <br /> days after being advised of the violation of his right to pay in <br /> lieu of being charged, said personal shall be charged with the <br /> violation in accordance with the law in Town Court or a Court of <br /> competent jurisdiction. <br /> Anyone charged with a violation of this Ordinance may be <br /> granted a two (2) week continuance to pay the amount to the <br /> Clerk/Treasurer before being charged with a violation in Town <br /> Court or a Court of competent jurisdiction provided the <br /> continuance is granted in writing either by the Clerk/Treasurer <br /> 410 or by the Police Chief of the Town of Mooresville . Any person <br /> paying to the Clerk/Treasurer the fine as called for herein <br /> within the time allowed or any extension allowed, shall not be <br /> 15 <br />
