subject to the per day violation provision of this Ordinance. <br /> It shall be the duty of the Police Department to furnish a copy <br /> of this Ordinance Enforcement Document to the Clerk/Treasurer <br /> within seventy-two (72) hours after the issuance of the <br /> Ordinance Enforcement Document . <br /> All fees, fines and other monies collected by Town of <br /> Mooresville under the provisions of this Ordinance shall be <br /> deposited into the Alarm Fund of the Town as revenues and shall <br /> be deemed a reimbursement to the Town for its expenses in the <br /> issuance of licenses and the enforcement of the provisions of <br /> this Ordinance . <br /> SECTION XIV <br /> ALARM FUND <br /> There is hereby created an Alarm Fund of the Town of <br /> Mooresville. The Alarm Fund is established to receive all fees, <br /> fines and other monies collected by the Town of Mooresville <br /> under the provisions of this Ordinance. The Town Council of the <br /> Town of Mooresville shall appropriate from the Alarm Fund all <br /> monies necessary to enforce the provisions of this Ordinance. <br /> This shall include, but is not limited to, personnel, office <br /> supplies and expenses, computer equipment, computer software and <br /> 410 programs, postage, etc. <br /> SECTION XV <br /> This Ordinance specifically repeals Ordinance 6, 1996 and <br /> 16 <br />
