ORDINANCE 11, 2007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A <br /> MONTHLY STORM WATER RATE <br /> FOR THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville <br /> represents the Mooresville Storm Water Facilities Board; <br /> WHEREAS, from time to time it becomes necessary to <br /> establish a rate to pay the fees directly associated with the <br /> management of the storm water issues for the Town of <br /> Mooresville; <br /> WHEREAS, a storm water fee has been established to fund the <br /> budget for the Town of Mooresville' s storm water program; <br /> BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town <br /> of Mooresville as follows: <br /> Section 1 . Unless the context specifically indicates <br /> otherwise, the meaning of terms used in this Ordinance shall be <br /> as follows : <br /> (a) "Council" shall mean the Town Council of the Town of <br /> Mooresville and the Town of Mooresville' s Storm Water <br /> Facilities Board. <br /> (b) "Customer" shall mean any and all persons, natural or <br /> artificial, including any individual, firm, company, <br /> municipal or private corporation, association, <br /> society, institution, enterprise, governmental agency <br />
