or other entity that is a user of the Mooresville <br /> Wastewater Treatment Plant and located within the <br /> • corporate limits of the Town of Mooresville. <br /> (c) "Mooresville Wastewater Treatment Facility" it shall <br /> mean the Town of Mooresville' s Wastewater Treatment <br /> Plant. <br /> (d) "Town" shall mean the Town of Mooresville, Indiana <br /> acting by and through the Town Council . <br /> (e) "User Charge" shall mean a charge levied on users of <br /> the wastewater treatment plant for the cost of funding <br /> the Town of Mooresville' s Storm Water Utility <br /> Services . <br /> Section 2 . Every customer whose premises are served by <br /> the Mooresville Sanitary Treatment Plant and who is located <br /> within the corporate limits shall be charged a storm water fee <br /> along with their monthly wastewater treatment plant fees, said <br /> fee to be in the amount of One and 50/100 Dollars ($1 . 50) per <br /> month. <br /> Section 3 . Such storm water rates and charges shall be <br /> prepared, billed and collected by the Town of Mooresville in the <br /> manner provided by law and Ordinance. <br /> (a) The rates and charges set out in this Ordinance for <br /> all customers shall be prepared and billed monthly. <br /> 2 <br />
