2. The intersection of Allison Road and the proposed new street will be <br /> ' designed based upon the recommendations of the traffic study required in <br /> item #1 but at a minimum the proposed new street must have dedicated <br /> right and left turn lanes onto Allison Road. <br /> 3. That the proposed new street will be constructed so as to connect to Town <br /> Center Road North. <br /> 4.
