LEGAL DESCRIPTION All that part of the following described 97.695 acre parcel lying in the East half of the g P Yi g Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 13 North, Range 1 East, Morgan County, Indiana, as follows: Beginning 8.65 chains (570.9 feet)north of the Southeast corner of Section 2, Township and Range aforesaid,run thence South 88 degrees 32 minutes 46 seconds West a distance of 1521.83 feet(given in deed as 23 chains- 1518.0 feet); thence North 00 degrees 11 minutes West a distance of 254.1 feet(3.85 chains); thence South 88 degrees 03 minutes West a distance of 528.0 feet(8.00 chains)to the center of County Road running North and South;thence running northerly in the center of said County Road as follows: North 00 degrees 11 minutes West a distance of 4.00 feet;North 05 degrees 18 minutes West a distance of 425.00 feet;North 05 degrees 49 minutes West a distance of 495.90 feet; North 00 degrees 14 minutes East a distance of 206.00 feet;North 00 degrees 42 minutes East a distance of 694.80 feet to a Railroad Spike on the North line of said Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township and range aforesaid, and also in the center of said County Road; run thence North 87 degrees 56 minutes East a distance of 2129.6 feet to a stone at the East one-half mile corner of Section 2 (given in deed as 31.0 chains--2046.0 feet); run thence South 00 degrees 03 minutes East on and along the East line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 2095.4 feet(given in deed as 31.55 chains-2082.6 feet)to the place of beginning, containing 49.4 acres, more or less ALSO: A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 13 North, Range 1 East, Morgan County, Indiana, being described as follows: Beginning at a stone, found in place, which marks the Northwest corner of the above captioned Southwest Quarter,thence North 87 degrees 10 minutes no seconds East (assumed bearing), with the North line of the Southwest Quarter 789.37 feet to an iron pin on the West right of way line of Indiana State Highway Number 67 as established for the construction of Project F187 (11) 1958; thence with said West right of way line South 05 degrees 56 minutes 45 seconds West, 3.10 feet to an iron pin;thence South 08 degrees 04 minutes 26 seconds West, 276.76 feet to a concrete right of way marker and the beginning of the right of way as established for the construction of Indiana State Highway Project F293 (27) 1964;thence with said right of way line South 18 degrees 50 minutes 35 seconds West, 100.33 feet(formerly 100.00 feet)to an iron pin; thence continuing with said right of way line South 07 degrees 32 minutes 19 seconds West, • 470.00 feet(formerly 472.4 feet)to an iron pipe found in place; thence South 87 degrees 28 minutes 39 seconds West, 674.88 feet to an iron pin and the West line of the Southwest Quarter; thence with the West line of the Southwest Quarter North 01 degrees 19 minutes 06 seconds East, 828.90 feet(formerly 827.5 feet) to the point of beginning.
