(10 ORDINANCE 8 , 2009 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 17 , 1989 AN ORDINANCE <br /> ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE SEWAGE WORKS , <br /> REGULATING THE USE OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SEWERS AND DRAINS, <br /> THE INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION OF BUILDING SEWERS AND THE <br /> DISCHARGE OF WATERS AND WASTE INTO THE PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEM OF <br /> THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR <br /> VIOLATIONS OF SECTIONS THEREOF <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville operates a WasT-ewater <br /> Treatment Plant; <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville has approved Ordinance 17 , <br /> 1989 An Ordinance Establishing Rules and Regulations for the <br /> Sewage Works, Regulating the Use of Public and Private Sewers <br /> and Drains, the Installation and Connection of Building Sewers <br /> and the Discharge of Waters and Waste into the Public Sewer <br /> System of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana and Providing <br /> Penalties for Violations of Sections Thereof"; <br /> WHEREAS, from time to time it is necessary to amend <br /> Ordinances including the Rules and Regulations for the Sewage <br /> Works; <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville has been granted an NPDES <br /> 0 Permit No . 1N0023825 concerning the operations of the <br /> Mooresville Wastewater Treatment Plant, said Permit granted <br /> through the offices of the Indiana Department of Environmental <br /> Management; <br />
