WHEREAS, the existing Permit requires certain modifications <br /> • 41/ <br /> to the existing Ordinance 17 , 1989 to be in compliance with the <br /> NPDES Permit ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Ordinance 17 , 1989 is amended as follows : <br /> by adding Section 225 <br /> PART ITT <br /> NON-DELEGATED PRETREATMENT PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. DEFINITIONS <br /> The definitions contained in 327 IAC 5-17 and all Amendments <br /> thereto are incorporated herein and include, but are not limited <br /> to, the following (any definitions set out in this Section that <br /> differ from the definitions of Article I of Ordinance 17, 1989 <br /> shall be interpreted for purposes of this Section as stated <br /> herein or in 327 IAC 5-17 ) : <br /> 1 . Control Authority ("CA") <br /> "Control Authority" means the Commissioner of the Indiana <br /> Department of Environmental Management . <br /> 2 . Industrial User <br /> "Industrial User" means an indirect discharger. <br /> 3 . Indirect Discharger <br /> "Indirect Discharger" means a non-domestic discharger <br /> introducing pollutants into a POTW, regardless of whether <br /> the discharger is within the governmental jurisdiction. of <br /> the permittee . <br /> 4 . Interference <br /> "Interference" means a discharge that, along or in <br /> conjunction with a discharge or discharges from other <br /> sources, does one (1) of the following: <br />
