If the employee is a Supervisor or <br /> salaried employee the amount shall be $0 . 50 per hour up to 40 <br /> hours per week to be added to their income . <br /> The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time versus <br /> overtime due to his position being one of supervisor and head of <br /> the Department and other employees . The Street Superintendent <br /> shall be entitled to compensation time receive time off at the <br /> rate of 1' to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked he <br /> shall receive PI hours time off as compensation. <br /> Full-Time employees of the MVH Department shall receive as a <br /> benefit 14 . 50% of the employee' s salary paid by the Town to PERF. <br /> 410 <br />
