SECTION VIII. WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT Paid from WWTP Annual Salary and/or Rate of Pay (to be paid in equal bi- weekly increments for salary and rate of pay by hourly pay periods bi-weekly) Treatment Plant Superintendent $51, 8608 . 900 per hour Skilled Treatment Plant Operators 15 93 per hour Unskilled Treatment Plant Operator Additional hourly pay shall be paid to a Lab Technician in the amount of $1 . 50 per hour, for a Lead Operator an additional $1 . 50 per hour, for a Designated Full-Time Driver with CDL an additional $0 . 50 per hour, and for a Class I License an additional $0 . 50 per hour. The Treatment Plant Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time versus overtime due to his position being one of supervisor and head of the Department and other employees . The Treatment Plant Superintendent shall be entitled to compensation time receive time off at the rate of 1 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked he shall receive 1rz hours time off as compensation. Full-Time employees of the Treatment Plant sshallreceive to aERF. benefit 14 . 50% of the employee' s salary paid by the SECTION IX.
