The Park Superintendent shall receive <br /> compensatory time off for time worked in excess of 40 hours where <br /> they are exempt from overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act <br /> at the rate of to 1, 1' hours off for every 1 hour worked. <br /> Overtime for Park & Recreation District employees shall be <br /> granted to the Director of Aquatics and Recreation, Office <br /> Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Coordinator <br /> exempting seasonal workers under the Fair Labor Standards Act <br /> that would qualify for this exemption. Employees that are not <br /> exempt shall be entitled to overtime as defined by the Town' s <br /> overtime policy. For every 1 hour in excess of 40 hours a week <br /> 411 worked, the aforementioned employees shall be paid 1' hours <br /> wages . <br /> Full-Time employees shall receive a benefit of 14 . 50% of their <br /> salary paid by the Town to PERF. <br />
