The Park Superintendent shall receive compensatory time off for time worked in excess of 40 hours where they are exempt from overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act at the rate of to 1, 1' hours off for every 1 hour worked. Overtime for Park & Recreation District employees shall be granted to the Director of Aquatics and Recreation, Office Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Coordinator exempting seasonal workers under the Fair Labor Standards Act that would qualify for this exemption. Employees that are not exempt shall be entitled to overtime as defined by the Town' s overtime policy. For every 1 hour in excess of 40 hours a week 411 worked, the aforementioned employees shall be paid 1' hours wages . Full-Time employees shall receive a benefit of 14 . 50% of their salary paid by the Town to PERF.
