Perry, Clerk-Treasurer <br /> April 8, 2014 <br /> The Mooresville Town Council met in special session on Tuesday,April 8, 2014, at 3:30 <br /> at the Mooresville Government Center. <br /> Town Council members present were: President Mark Mathis, Vice President Virginia <br /> Perry, Tony Langley, and George Watkins. Council member Jeff Cook was absent. <br /> Town Attorney, Tim Curren was present. <br /> President Mark Mathis called the meeting to order. <br /> The purpose of the meeting was to conduct a storm water workshop for the purpose of <br /> gathering information concerning a"fair use"billing structure based on ERU's,rather <br /> than the flat fee currently being charged. <br /> Ross Holloway, of Holloway Engineering and Chris Franz of DLZ were present to <br /> provide professional input. <br /> There was general discussion and no action was taken. <br /> A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Councilman Langley and second by <br /> Councilwoman Perry.
