1148 TOA: Resolution 4, 2006 was for personal property and Real property. Personal <br /> property CF-1 is reporting 113 new jobs and 15.5 million in equipment. A motion was <br /> made by Councilman Watkins with a second by Councilman Langley to approve. Motion <br /> carried 5-0. <br /> Real property CF-1 exceeded expectations. A motion was made by Councilman Watkins <br /> with a second by Councilman Langley to approve. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> Council President Mathis commented the Town was grateful and thankful for every <br /> company and the fact they have exceeded expectations. <br /> Legal: A motion was made to approve the inter-local agreement between the Park and <br /> School Corporation was made by Councilman Watkins with a second by Councilwoman <br /> Perry. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> A motion was made for approval of payment of the claims in the amount of$544,713.97 <br /> by Councilman Langley with a second by Councilwoman Perry. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> There being no further business to come before the council at this time a motion was <br /> made by Councilman Cook with a second by Councilman Watkins to adjourn the <br /> meeting.
